Our Operational Process
Step-by-step operational flow in sea freight transportation. Our expert team is with you at every stage.
Booking and Planning
Carrier booking is made based on cargo details (CBM, weight, dimensions, special requirements), and the most suitable route is planned. Freight quote is prepared and booking is confirmed with your approval. Booking confirmation and EIR (Equipment Interchange Receipt) processes are managed.
Inland Transport and Warehousing
Your cargo is picked up from your address and delivered to the port or our consolidation warehouse. We offer truck or train options for inland transport. If you need warehouse storage, we maintain your cargo in our secure storage areas. Pre-loading packaging and labeling checks are performed.
Customs Clearance and Loading
Export customs procedures are completed, and necessary documents (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.) are prepared. The container is safely loaded onto the vessel. VGM (Verified Gross Mass) notification is made and loading certificate is issued. Final checks are performed before vessel departure.
Arrival and Delivery
Import procedures are coordinated at the destination port, and your cargo is delivered to the final address. Import customs procedures, port charges, and demurage/detention processes are managed. Inland transport organization is made for delivery of your cargo to the final address. Documents are transmitted to you after delivery.
